By late August Bank’s own mortgage portfolio was $20 million.

Since start of mortgage lending in the country UniBank disbursed 125 mortgage loans in the total amount of AZN 4.608 million within state mortgage programme. Under conditions of its own mortgage programme the Bank extends mortgages under 15% in manats and 18% in US dollars per annum with maximum loan of AZN 342,000 and $400,000 for 10-year period.
